How do I purchase tickets?
Ticket sales have now closed. Should you wish to be added to the waiting list, please email: friends@challoners.com
I have paid, but I have not received my ticket?
Physical tickets will not be issued. All guests should have received an email from Julia Meazzo confirming their ticket purchase and reservation. A guest list will also be in operation on the night.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable.
How many guests per table?
Tables are for 10 guests, so please create your table with friends or register individual seats and we will create a table for you.
Will there be an opportunity to pre-order drinks?
Guests will be contacted in May and given the opportunity to pre-order wine for their table.
Alternatively, wine can be pre-ordered here.If I don’t pre-order, can I buy drinks on the night to accompany dinner?
Yes , however, we would recommend pre-ordering drinks to avoid long queues at the start of the evening. There will be three bars available throughout the night, including a Gin Bar.
What forms of payment will be accepted?
Cash and card payments from all major credit cards, except AMEX, will be accepted at the ball.
When will the menu be available?
Menus can be provided to ticket holders on request. Please email: friends@challoners.com for details.

Will there be parking on-site?
There is ample designated parking on-site.
What entertainment will there be on the evening?
We have a superb live band called Fake Tan and DJ after dinner to dance to. There will also be a short auction with tempting offers, hosted by celebrity auctioneer, Charlie Ross.
Can you tell me more about the auction?
A list of auction prizes will be emailed to guests a week before the event. There will also be an opportunity for those not attending the ball to submit an advance bid for a chance to win one of our fabulous prizes. Are children permitted at the event?
Regretfully, only individuals aged 18 or over may attend the ball.
